The Island Rec Board is sponsoring a Youth Basketball program starting Sunday, February 5 and running until March 4, 2012. Practices will be held Sundays at the Deer Isle-Stonington Elementary School.
Grades K-2 will play from 1:00 pm to 1:45 pm; grades 3-5 will play from 1:45 pm to 2:30 pm. Cost of the program is $5.00 per child.
All participants must sign up!!!
Parent/Guardian/Responsible adult must attend first practice. Children should attend only the session they are signed up for.
Mouthguards are suggested for older players of basketball.
