Ellsworth YMCA Swim Trip

WHEN: Saturday, February 7, 2009

WHO: Students in grades 3 through 12 and Adults

COST: $10.00 per person

BUS SCHEDULE:
Bus leaves DIS Elementary School at 1:00pm and returns at approx 5:30pm.
This is a school bus trip and subject to the same school behavior code.

WHAT TO BRING TO THE BUS:

• Exact cost of trip ($10.00)
• Extra money for food. We will be stopping for a quick meal (fast food, likely McDonald's), so please bring extra money for your meal.
• Permission slip/release form - YOU MUST BRING YOUR RELEASE FORM WITH YOU TO THE BUS. Do NOT give your release form to your teacher.
