Maine Maritime Academy Swim Trip

WHEN: Saturday, December 9, 2006

WHO: Students in grades 3 through 8

COST: $12.00 per person includes lunch

BUS SCHEDULE:
Bus leaves DIS Elementary School at 9:30am and returns at 2:00pm
This is a school bus trip and subject to the same school behavior code.

WHAT TO BRING TO THE BUS:

• Exact cost of trip ($12.00)
• Permission slip/release form - YOU MUST BRING YOUR RELEASE FORM WITH YOU TO THE BUS. Do NOT give your release form to your teacher.

An "All You Can Eat Buffet Lunch" will be provided in the Academy Cafeteria.
