The Island Rec Board is sponsoring a trip to Great Skates in Bangor on Saturday April 24th for students in 3rd through 12th grade. Activities include roller skating, arcade games and laser tag. Trip cost is $10.00. Bring your own skates/roller blades or rent them at the facility ($1.50 for skates/$3.00 for roller blades). Bring extra money for laser tag ($3.00), arcade games and beverages/snacks sold at the concession stand. Bus leaves DIS Elementary School at 7:45 am and returns at approx. 1:00 pm. You MUST sign up ahead of time for this trip. You will need a signed release form (do not give release forms to your teacher - bring with you!) and the trip fee ($10.00) to board the bus. Parents/adult chaperones are always needed.
